We have designed the walk to start from Windermere for people wishing to arrive by train. We can arrange luggage transfers for anybody who doesn’t wish to carry their bags. If you would like an extra night in Ambleside at the start or end of the holiday or in Coniston mid-way through we can build all this into the price quote for you. Prices start from £210 per person inc luggage transfers. Based on 2 people occupying an en-suite room inc. breakfast, (standard room at Brathay Lodge if you wish to upgrade there will be an extra charge). Single occupancy a supplement will apply. Extras packed lunch from £5 each. Not included in our price are any taxi fares, train, bus or boat tickets and any car park charges these will be your responsibility. You are responsible for getting yourself to Ambleside at the start of the holiday and home from Ambleside at the end
We have walked all the routes as described for each day. We do not take any responsibility for you if you get lost after straying from them and although not too strenuous walking is a form of exercise and should not be entered into if you have been advised against it.
